Accommodations:

H2 Stables, Horse Motel and Bed & Breakfast, is located on 40 acres just 11 miles north of Colorado Springs and 47 miles south of Denver. We are a short distance off I-25 and only minutes from the Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Seven Falls.

A hot, gourmet breakfast is served every morning, along with snacks in the afternoon.

Evening meals are served by reservation only.

Relax on the deck and savor the beautiful view of Pikes Peak and unbelievable Colorado sunsets or enjoy the spacious living room with its vaulted ceiling and handcrafted staircase. After a long day, you can retire to the comforts of one of our two uniquely decorated bedrooms with adjacent bathroom.

Our stable has 12x12 stalls. The number of stalls available will vary with the time of the year. We feed grass hay and use wood shavings for bedding. Turnout is available to private paddocks or, in the summer, to a small pasture area if desired. A large indoor arena is also available, as well as an outdoor arena and round pen.

Fox Run Regional Park, Black Forest Park and the Air Force Academy are close by for excellent riding trails.

Fax machine and Internet services are available.

Big Rig, 18 wheeler & 5th wheel camper/trailer accessible (gracious space for parking & turn arounds)

Reservations:

Reservations can be made by phone, fax or email. Your reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit.

Deposit:

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to one night or fifty percent of the charge for your total visit (whichever is greater). All balances are due in full at check-in. We accept cash, personal checks or traveler’s checks.

Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your reservation, we must receive notification of cancellation 14 days prior to your arrival date. There is a $15.00 service fee on all cancellations. If we receive notification of your cancellation more than 14 days in advance, your deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded. No refund will be given if notification is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date unless the room is rebooked.

Pets:

We are unable to accommodate pets, except for your horses. We have resident cats and dogs that pretty much think they have exclusive rights to the house.

Smoking:

No smoking is permitted in the house or the barns.
